User charges shall be levied on all water users based upon water meter size and water meter readings and shall be paid on or before the date specified on the bill and in accordance with the City Customer Service Policy. Delinquent fees shall be levied on payments made after the due date. User charges and delinquent fees shall be as provided in the Fee Schedule for Water Service adopted by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk.
