§ 53.17 REGULATION OF USE OF BYPASS.

No person shall construct a bypass around any water meter unless approved in writing by the Director of Water Resources. No person other than an employee or agent of the city engaged in the testing or repair of a meter shall operate a valve located on an approved bypass.
