§ 53.05 RELOCATION OF EXISTING CITY-OWNED FACILITIES.
   Relocation of existing city-owned water facilities for the benefit of a private individual, firm, partnership, corporation, or other legal entity shall be subject to the approval of the city. All such relocation approved by the city shall be performed in accordance with the city's conditions at the expense of the private beneficiary.
