(A) Consistent with G.S. § 143-215.1(f)(6) the City's Water and Sewer Systems are capable at any appropriate time of being interconnected with an expanding municipal, county or regional system.
(B) Consistent with G.S. § 143-215.1(f)(7) the City has a demonstrated commitment to the continued operation, service, and maintenance of the Water and Sewer Systems serving the City. This commitment is accomplished via proper system planning, management, financing and staffing.
