§ 31.05  DEPUTY CITY CLERK.
   (A)   The office of Deputy City Clerk is established and shall be filled by the City Manager.
   (B)   The Deputy City Clerk shall have full authority to exercise and perform all of the powers and duties of the City Clerk during the absence of the City Clerk and to perform such other duties as prescribed by the City Manager.
