§ 10.01 TITLE OF CODE AND ADOPTION OF CITY SEAL.
   (A)   This codification of ordinance by and for the City of Monroe shall be designated as the City of Monroe, North Carolina Code of Ordinance.
   (B)   There is hereby adopted a common seal for the City which shall make the following impression:
   (C)   The use of the above seal or any other seal in the past is hereby ratified.
