§ 71.02 REGISTERED; IDENTIFICATION.
   All off-road vehicles and snowmobiles shall be registered and display identification numbers pursuant to Indiana Code. Certificates of registration shall accompany the vehicle or snowmobile and shall be made available for inspection upon demand by an officer.
