§ 50.43 UNCLAIMED UTILITY DEPOSITS.
   The Town Clerk-Treasurer is authorized to deposit any unclaimed utility deposit in the General Fund of the town; provided that, any unclaimed deposit must first be at least seven years old and that the unclaimed deposit exists after off-set against any water and sewage bills outstanding against the owners of the deposit.
