§ 31.05 ELECTION BOARD.
   (A)   Pursuant to I.C. 3-10-7-5.5, there is hereby established a Town Election Board, to conduct the 2007 municipal election for the town, which shall be conducted in the manner provided by I.C. 3-10-7 and as otherwise required by law.
   (B)   The Town Election Board, pursuant to I.C. 3-10-7-7(b), shall consist of three members.
