(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to loiter or lounge upon public property, except parks, within the town during open hours.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to sleep upon streets or public property, unless the person is in a motor vehicle.
(C) It shall be unlawful for any person to stand or loiter in or upon a driveway of any building, or sit upon the steps, window sills or railing of any building in a manner as to obstruct the ingress and egress to and from the building or to the annoyance of the owner or occupant thereof, or the business in case of a public building.
(D) It shall be unlawful for any person to stand, loiter or assemble on any public sidewalks, streets or ways so as to impede or obstruct the free passage or flow of pedestrian traffic thereon or to interfere with the use thereof.
