§ 95.02 MAINTENANCE OF TREES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person owning or having the care, management or control of any tree growing along or upon the public streets, alleys or sidewalks to allow, suffer or permit the branches of the tree to grow in a manner as to interfere with the free use or public safety of any person upon any public street, alley or sidewalk.
