§ 92.02 WEEDS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, whether a landowner or tenant, to permit noxious weeds and unsightly and overgrown grass or brush to grow and accumulate on property within the town.
   (B)   It shall be the duty of the Clerk-Treasurer to procure notices to be delivered to the owner or tenant of any real estate, and served and delivered by the Town Marshal, which notice shall contain a description of the real estate on which the weeds or grass or brush is growing, and shall notify the owner or tenant thereof to cut all the weeds and grass and brush within ten days from the receipt of the notice.
   (C)   In the event the owner of the real estate is a non-resident of the town, the notice shall then be served in a like manner upon the agent of the owner.
