(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to park or stop a motor vehicle in violation of any posted no parking zone or in violation of any posted parking information sign or instruction. Parking areas or zones may be so designated as no-parking zones or restricted parking zones by the placement of an appropriate sign at the location or by painting the curb at the location, as defined by state law, I.C. 9-21-16 et seq., and I.C. 5-16-9 et seq., as amended.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to park a motor vehicle on the following streets of the town, except as follows:

(C) It shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle of over one-ton capacity in any posted two-hour parking zone, except for loading or unloading of passengers or merchandise.
(D) It shall be unlawful for any person to park any semi, tractor trailer, or truck of any kind upon any portion of Market Street (US 421) south of State Road 16 and north of 1st Street.
(E) It shall be unlawful to park, except for loading or unloading not to exceed one hour, in a residential area, any vehicle designed, used or maintained as a commercial vehicle including semi-tractors and/or trailers, buses, or any other vehicle designed or registered as a truck and licensed for the transportation of property. A commercial vehicle shall not include station-wagon types, pick-up trucks, or vans designed and used as a passenger-type vehicle. However, notwithstanding this provision to the contrary, a semi-tractor, without a trailer, may be parked in a residential area if parked in an off-street driveway with access to a city street with a curb cut and driveway, so long as any sidewalk is not thereby obstructed.
(F) It shall be unlawful to park on a public street or roadway in a residential area, or a parking lot owned or maintained by the town, motor homes, RVs and any non-motorized objects of any kind including boats, trailers of any kind or inoperable motor vehicles.
(G) No person shall operate or park any motor vehicle on any yard or portion of a lot in any residential area other than on a drive or, in any way, requiring the vehicle to drive over a curb instead of through a curb cut.
(H) It shall be unlawful to operate a motor vehicle upon or park any object of any kind, motorized or non-motorized, within any portion of an abandoned railway bed within the town which is adjacent to a public street or roadway.
(I) Any person violating any provision of this schedule shall be subject to a fine of $10 if paid within 72 hours of issuance and $25 if paid thereafter.
