2-2-1: BOARD ESTABLISHED:
There is hereby established a board of local improvements for the city, which board shall consist of three (3) members, the mayor and two (2) aldermen.
The mayor shall be the president of the board of local improvements, as provided by statute. (Ord., 6-7-1965)
