(A) No vehicle shall be driven within the city in such a manner as to cause any dirt, clay, mud, stones or any other material to be deposited upon any roadway. The owner or operator of any vehicle which deposits dirt, clay, mud, stones or other material upon a roadway shall promptly remove such material from the roadway.
(B) No person shall operate any vehicle with a load unless said load and any covering thereon is securely fastened so as to prevent said covering or load from becoming loose, detached, or from falling onto the roadway. (Ord. 626, 2-20-2007)
