No person shall operate a motorized vehicle on the pedestrian bridge which connects North Maple Street with Island Park; provided, however, this section shall not apply to motorized wheelchairs or any type of motorized vehicle used by a physically handicapped person. Any person found guilty of this section shall, upon conviction, be fined one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. (Ord. 387, 7-6-1992)
