7-8-3: HOURS OF USE, ALL CITY PARKS:
City parks shall be open to the public daily from dawn till dusk, with the exception of Conrad Park, which will be open from six o'clock (6:00) A.M. till ten o'clock (10:00) P.M. (Ord. 717, 7-18-2011)
