7-6-2-6: USE OF REVENUES RESTRICTED:

Separate accounting procedures shall be established for the collection, holding and disbursement of revenues generated under this chapter. Revenues thus generated are to be used solely for the operation, maintenance and replacement of the treatment works. (Ord. 179, 3-1-1976)
