7-5-15: DIVERTING WATER PROHIBITED:

It is hereby declared to be unlawful for any persons or other entity receiving water to permit, allow or cause the diversion of potable water from said place of use to any other dwelling. Each and every day that diversion of water off premises takes place shall be considered a separate offense. (Ord. 509, 11-19-2001)
