7-5-13: PROVISIONS ON FILE WITH COUNTY:

A copy of this chapter, properly certified by the city clerk, shall be filed in the office of the recorder of deeds of Kankakee County, Illinois, and shall be deemed notice to all owners of real estate of their liability for water and sewerage service supplied to any occupant or user of such services on their properties. (Ord., 5-18-1961)
