7-2-1: SCOPE OF REGULATIONS:
The method prescribed herein shall apply to all concrete sidewalks built within the limits of the city either upon the application by an owner of property or in compliance with the provisions of a general improvement ordinance. (Ord. 209, 4-16-1928)
