7-1-5: OPEN CELLAR DOORS:

It shall be unlawful for any person to keep or leave open any cellar door, or grating of any vault on any highway, or any sidewalk, or suffer the same to be kept open; or to suffer any sidewalk in front of his premises to become or continue to be so broken as to endanger life or limb. 7-1-6: REMOVING EARTH:

It shall be unlawful for any person, without first having obtained written permission from the building inspector or any alderman, to dig, remove or carry away or cause or procure the same to be done, any sod, earth, stone, sand or gravel from any street, alley or public ground in the city. (Ord. 227, 7-3-1978)

7-1-7: OBSTRUCTING WATERWAYS:

It shall be unlawful for any person to be guilty of stopping up or obstructing any ditch, drain or other necessary and proper outlet for water upon any street in the city. (Ord. 227, 7-3-1978)

7-1-8: RACING IN STREETS:

It shall be unlawful for any person to be guilty of driving or racing within the limits of the city in such a manner as to endanger the person or lives of others. (Ord. 227, 7-3-1978)
