7-1-5: OPEN CELLAR DOORS:

It shall be unlawful for any person to keep or leave open any cellar door, or grating of any vault on any highway, or any sidewalk, or suffer the same to be kept open; or to suffer any sidewalk in front of his premises to become or continue to be so broken as to endanger life or limb. (Ord. 227, 7-3-1978)
