6-3-21: POSSESSION OF CONTAINERS NEAR RIVER PROHIBITED:

It is hereby illegal to possess containers made of glass or similar materials on the Kankakee River or within fifty feet (50') of the Kankakee River on public property within the corporate limits of the city. (Ord. 306, 8-6-1984)
