No person driving a motor vehicle meant to carry the carcasses of animals or which motor vehicle is carrying hogs, pigs or other farm animals shall park or stop said truck at any place within the city that has not been previously designated by the city council by ordinance as a proper stopping or parking place for such animal carrying motor vehicle.
