Any person violating any provisions of this chapter shall upon conviction be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00). A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. (Ord. 256, 6-2-1980)
