6-3-10: REGULATION OF COLLECTORS:

It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct the business of collecting and disposing of garbage, ashes and household rubbish for hire, and of transporting any or all of them over the streets of the City without a permit. Such business shall not be carried on by any person except under the conditions prescribed by this chapter. (Ord. 256, 6-2-1980)
