6-1-5: POLICE ASSISTANCE:

It shall be the duty of the chief of police to assist the health officer in the performance of the duties required of him, to exercise a vigilant supervision over all lots and premises and to serve all necessary notices upon persons found violating any of the provisions of this chapter.
