6-1-1: CITY CODE OFFICER:

The mayor, in conjunction with the chief of police, and consent of the city council, shall annually appoint a candidate to be the city code officer, who shall hold his/her office during the municipal year in which he/she is appointed. (Ord. 886, 5-6-2024)
