5-5-6: REPAIR OF VEHICLES ON CITY PROPERTY AND RESIDENTIAL AREAS PROHIBITED:
   (A)   No individual shall bring any motor vehicle onto city property and cause the repairing or overhauling of said vehicle in any fashion while on city property.
   (B)   No individual shall make any repairs of automotive vehicles as defined in section 9-2-1 of this code in a residential district unless such vehicle is registered to the address that the repairs are being made.
   (C)   Any automotive major or minor repairs (as defined in section 9-2-1 of this code) not completed in a twenty four (24) hour time period must be stored or repaired in a garage or similar shelter away from public view.
   (D)   This section shall apply to any vehicle or conveyance not defined in section 9-2-1 of this code. No individual shall conduct repairs for a business in a residential district.
   (E)   Any individual violating any subsection of this section, shall be subject to penalty as provided in this code and as established in the general penalty (subsection 1-4-1(A) of this code). (Ord. 764, 7-15-2013)
