5-2-20: DEFECATION BY DOGS ON PRIVATE PROPERTY:
It shall be unlawful for any owner or possessor to permit a dog to walk upon private property without the consent of the occupant thereof. It shall be unlawful for any owner or possessor to permit a dog to defecate upon public or private property without removing the feces created by the dog. (Ord. 725, 9-19-2011)
