5-2-12: DOG LICENSE REQUIRED:
It shall be unlawful for any person to own, possess or maintain any dog within the city of Momence without first securing an annual dog license therefor and tagging the dog therewith, as prescribed by the county of Kankakee. (Ord. 725, 9-19-2011)
