5-2-10: ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENT OR DISEASE TO ANY DOG OR CAT:

Anyone enforcing the provisions of this chapter shall not be held responsible for any accident or disease that may happen to any dog or cat. (Ord. 725, 9-19-2011)
