5-1-14: PROHIBIT DISORDERLY CONDUCT ON PREMISES:

No person shall knowingly suffer or permit any assembly for the purpose of committing any unlawful act or breach of the peace or any riotous, offensive or disorderly conduct in or upon any premises owned or occupied by him or under his control. (Ord. 257, 6-2-1980)
