It shall be unlawful for any person to kill or wound, or attempt to kill or wound by any means whatever, any squirrel or bird within the City limits, including thereby all portions of Island Park which lie within the corporate limits of the City, or to shoot an arrow or stone, or throw a club or other missile at any such bird or squirrel within any private or public grounds within the City, or to enter upon any private or public grounds for the purpose of doing any act prohibited in this section.
