5-1-7: FIREWORKS:

No person shall within the City limits sell or give any firecracker, bomb, gun, pistol, bombshells, batteries or any other device that when discharged creates a loud noise, nor shall any person discharge the same within the City limits. (Ord. 257, 6-2-1980)
