(A) It is unlawful for any person to erect or maintain within the city, any electric fence or any fence constructed in whole of barbed wire.
(B) It is unlawful for any person to erect or maintain within the city, any fence constructed in whole or in part of razor wire.
(C) Barbed wire shall be permitted for security purposes for permitted agricultural, temporary construction sites, commercial, or industrial uses; provided, that the barbed wire is located six feet (6') or more above grade. (Ord. 747, 10-1-2012)
