4-8-1: COMPLIANCE REQUIRED:

Every fence or wall hereafter constructed, installed, altered, maintained, removed or demolished within the city, shall comply with all applicable provisions of this chapter. Existing fences or walls may be continued without change, provided the requirements concerning fences or walls in this code are observed. (Ord. 747, 10-1-2012)
