Any person failing to number any building or other structure occupied by him after receiving written notice to do so from the City of Momence Code enforcer and who shall continue in his failure to so number such building or structure shall be fined fifty dollars ($50.00) for each week during which a failure to so number continues.
Any person using a number for any building or structure other than the one assigned as provided in this chapter, after receiving notice from the City of Momence Code enforcer, shall be fined fifty dollars ($50.00) for each week during which a failure to conform to the correct number continues.
