(A) The license fee for each billiard table shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) and for the purpose of this chapter every billiard, pool or bagatelle table shall be deemed a billiard table.
(B) For each shooting gallery, the license fee shall be sixty dollars ($60.00) per year. (Ord. 695, 9-20-2010)
(C) For each video game machine, the license fee shall be twenty five dollars ($25.00) per year per machine. (Ord. 746, 10-1-2012)
(D) License fees required by this section shall be paid by the owner of the table, gallery or machine. (Ord. 695, 9-20-2010)
