3-2-28: IMPROPER INFLUENCE:

No applicant or licensee or agent or employee of a licensee shall offer anything of value to any city official or employee, directly or indirectly, to influence the issuance of a license or the enforcement of any provision of this chapter. (Ord. 800, 10-5-2015)
