3-2-25: HOURS OF SALE:
   (A)   Alcoholic beverages may be sold, given or served pursuant hereto in licensed premises between the hours of six o'clock (6:00) A.M. to two o'clock (2:00) A.M., Monday through Thursday and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. to two o'clock (2:00) A.M. on Friday and Saturday (only class A and C).
   (B)   In those premises licensed to sell alcoholic beverages on Sunday, said premises may only sell, give and serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with their licenses between the hours of eleven o'clock (11:00) A.M. and two o'clock (2:00) A.M. (class B).
   (C)   Class D license holders may sell liquor from eleven o'clock (11:00) A.M. to two o'clock (2:00) A.M., Monday through Saturday.
   (D)   No licensee shall permit any person other than licensees or employees to remain in the premises where liquor is offered for sale longer than thirty (30) minutes after said closing hours. The hours herein stated shall be the times prevailing in the city.
   (E)   No class F licensee shall permit to be sold any alcoholic liquor between the hours of ten o'clock (10:00) P.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday of each week, and between the hours of ten o'clock (10:00) P.M. and eleven o'clock (11:00) A.M. on Sunday of each week. No class F licensee shall permit any alcoholic liquor to be given away. A class F license holder shall clear the premises of all patrons at or prior to ten thirty o'clock (10:30) P.M. unless such patrons are engaged in legal commercial activity which does not involve the sale or consumption of alcoholic liquor.
