(A) No licensee shall permit any illegal, disorderly or immoral conduct upon the licensed premises.
(B) No game of chance, gambling or gaming device shall be kept or used in any licensed premises unless authorized by the city council and properly licensed by the appropriate enforcement agency. Video gaming terminals may be operated in licensed establishments to the extent permitted by the video gaming act and the regulations of the Illinois gaming board. The licensee of an establishment where video gaming is permitted shall post conspicuously the license for any video gaming terminal. (Ord. 800, 10-5-2015)
