3-2-21: DESIGNATED MANAGER:
Every licensed establishment, whenever open to the public and engaged in the sale of alcoholic beverages, shall have a qualified designated manager on the premises, who shall be responsible for ensuring that the business operates in conformity with all applicable laws and regulations. The designated manager shall be the agent of the licensee and the licensee shall be responsible for all acts or omissions of the designated manager. (Ord. 800, 10-5-2015)
