(A) No curtains, drapes, screens, doors, partitions or view obstructing devices shall be used or built within any licensed establishment for the purpose of concealment or hiding any person or patron of such establishment.
(B) The interior doors of any licensed establishment, except doors to offices where business records, alcoholic beverage stock or cash are stored, shall at all times during business hours remain unlocked and the exterior windows shall at all times be maintained in a condition so as to afford an unobstructed view of the entire interior of said premises from the exterior of the premises during hours that alcoholic beverages are sold.
