3-2-18: SANITARY CONDITIONS:
   (A)   All premises used for the sale of alcoholic liquor, or for the storage of such liquor for sale shall be kept in full compliance with the codes regulating the condition of premises for the storage and sale of food for human consumption. Sanitary measures for cleaning and caring for all glasses, dishes, utensils and equipment shall be provided by the licensee.
   (B)   No license shall be granted to any applicant for sale of alcoholic beverages on the premises unless separate sanitary toilets for men and women have been installed on the premises. Such toilets shall at all times be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, shall have hot and cold running water and shall be in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
   (C)   The licensee and employees on the licensed premises shall comply with the provisions of the laws of the state of Illinois relative to the health and cleanliness of employees selling food and drink. (Ord. 800, 10-5-2015)
