Every person licensed in accordance with the provisions of this chapter shall immediately post and keep posted and in effect, in a conspicuous place on the premises, the license so issued. In the event such license shall be lost or destroyed, a duplicate in lieu thereof shall be issued by the city clerk upon direction of the commissioner. In the event such license is suspended or revoked, the posted license shall be confiscated by the police department. (Ord. 800, 10-5-2015)
