The International Swimming Pool and Spa Code portion of the Moline International Swimming Pool and Spa Code adopted in this article by reference is specifically amended as follows:

(a) Section 305 Barrier Requirements.

Subsection 305.1 General. Change to read: “The provisions of this section shall apply to the design on barriers for restricting entry into areas having pools and spas.”
