The International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, 2021 edition, as published by the International Code Council, is hereby adopted as the “Moline International Swimming Pool and Spa Code,” and is incorporated herein by reference as if it were set out in haec verba. Three (3) copies of such Code shall be kept on file in the city clerk’s office for inspection and shall remain on file therein for such purposes.
