The International Property Maintenance Code, 2021 Edition, and all appendices, unless deleted, published therewith, as published by the International Code Council is hereby adopted by reference as the “Moline Property Maintenance Code.” Three copies of such Code shall be kept on file in the city clerk's office for inspection and shall remain on file therein for such purpose.
